Operator’s guide

Our long-term partners and extensive network of operators guarantee the quality and continuity of our operations.

Our partner network fulfils the obligations of the Act on the Contractor’s Obligations and Liability when Work is Contracted Out. Furthermore, we require our partners to act in accordance with the VR Group Code of Conduct and respect and conform to all applicable, internationally recognised standards and guidelines.

Rahtari

With the Rahtari driver app, the operator and driver can view the vehicle’s future and past runs. The app functions as a real-time tool for data exchange in transport planning for the driver and VR in day-to-day use.

The app is a PWA app that is supported by the latest browser versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari. The app works on Windows 8.1, Android 8, iOS 12 and newer operating systems.

The use of the app requires operator-specific credentials. Please contact Rahtari support regarding the credentials.

Fleetskill

Fleetskill is a training and driver instructions management application used by VR Transpoint's domestic road logistics.

Fleetskill is used on an Internet browser and its use does not require any special measures in terms of deployment.

MassaNet

As a contractual partner, you will receive account cards electronically on the MassaNet portal.

Using the portal requires operator-specific credentials. Please contact road logistics support for the credentials.

Submission of transport documents

The waybill and its attachments must be submitted as soon as possible and at least once a week by mail to the following address: VR-Yhtymä Oyj, Kotimaan maantielogistiikka, PL 27, 45101 Kouvola.

Responsible transport

VR Transpoint requires its suppliers to register with the vastuugroup.fi service.

The Act on the Contractor’s Obligations and Liability when Work is Contracted Out promotes equal competition between businesses and compliance with collective agreements.

In addition, it requires businesses to ensure that companies engaged in temporary employment and subcontracting with them meet their statutory obligations. The information may not be older than three (3) months. VR Transpoint always uses suppliers that meet the obligations laid down under the Act on the Contractor’s Obligations and Liability when Work is Contracted Out, both in transports and its other operations.
